EQUITANA Melbourne is pleased to offer a number of horse owners/riders the opportunity to participate in its exclusive Behavioural Clinic, which will be jointly presented by two of the America's leading trainers, Josh Lyons and Richard Winters, on Thursday 15th of November at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
The first stage of the selection process involves completing the application form and returning it to the EQUITANA Education Coordinator, no later than Friday 18th September 2012.


APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to www.equitana.com.au Download Expression Of Interest form and save a copy to your computer.
2. Complete all compulsory sections of the form
3. Re-Save
4. Email the form to brianna@equitana.com.au (If you have footage on YouTube or any other site please include the link in your email). Alternatively you can mail in your DVD footage to:
