| A day old foal had to be rescued by the fire service after it fell down a 15ft sea wall and got stuck neck deep in mud. Lying next to its mother with its head poking out, the newborn pony was at risk of being drowned by the incoming tide. What started as a simple assignment of unsticking the stuck soon turned into a mission of life and death for animal rescue expert Buster Brown who eventually got both mare and foal safely out of the sludge.
