| Monday, 2 July 2012 MEDIA STATEMENT Equestrian Australia today confirmed the appeal lodged in relation to the nomination of the Dressage team of the 2012 Australian Olympic Team will now be determined by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The independent tribunal dismissed the original appeal. The rider has now filed an appeal with CAS. During this time Equestrian Australia and the Australian Olympic Committee are unable to make further comment. The Australian Olympic Committee will announce the Dressage team's final selection. | |
