| There has been another Hendra virus outbreak in central Queensland. Authorities say a Rockhampton property in central Queensland has been quarantined after tests on Wednesday night confirmed a foal died from the virus, in the state's fifth outbreak this year. Two horses and two dogs remain on the property, Queensland chief vet Dr Rick Symons says. Dr Symons says the horses and dogs will be assessed and the property will be quarantined for at least a month. Queensland Health will begin tracking people who may have come into contact with the dead foal. Three properties near Mackay remain under quarantine after a confirmed Hendra virus case last month.
