Cancellation of an advert will be accepted until close of business on the relevant deadline day. A $10 cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds/credits will be issued in accordance to Horse Deals cancellation policy. Refunds will be given using your original payment method if paid by cheque or credit card, for all other payments methods a refund will be made by cheque. A credit can be held but must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. If you have been charged the incorrect amount, a refund will be given with proof of the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days & may take up to 10 days thereafter to appear on your statement or arrive in the mail. For Horse Deals merchandise/DVD purchases Horse Deals will happily exchange goods for incorrect size/style if returned within 14 days of purchase & in suitable re-sale condition. Refunds are not available on Horse Deals Direct subscriptions.
