Captain has a lovely temperament and is a delight to have around. Easy to handle, wash, farrier, float ect. Respectful of fences. Runs in a herd with mares, foals and geldings or is happy paddocked seperate. Hand serves and collects for AI purposes - he is very fertile and got all of our mares in foal first time last season.
Broken in but hasn’t been ridden since being with us. We have pulled him out and walked around the arena and he was perfectly behaved but he would need to be brought back into work properly before expecting proper work out of him. Was shown inhand as a young horse over east and broken to chains. He would also be suitable to geld and become an amazing adult riders mount for the whole family.
He shares a special bond with my 3 year old daughter and is so gentle with her. He thrives from having a bond with his human and loves spending time hanging out for pats.
He will only be available to an experienced home. Although he is quiet, he is still a large, stallion and I want what’s best for him.
