Brooke Langbecker and Katie Laurie share Queensland Senior Title

The Queensland State Championships was held over 4 days this week at the Toowoomba Royal. David Finch and the committee, along with course designer Graeme Watts, did a great job in keeping the show running under very trying conditions.

Congratulations to all the winners and placegetters over the weekend, in particular to Brooke Langbecker and Katie Laurie who both shone over the four days. Langbecker took out the 1.35m on Wednesday and the 1.40m on Thursday on Quintago 1 and finally, shared the win of the Senior Championship on Saturday on Beijing LS La Silla with Katie Laurie and Dandelion after both combinations elected not to jump off due to the extremely wet conditions.
