Olympic showjumping coach, 55, 'raped and sexually abused a teenage girl over seven years and told her 'you know you want this',' court hears

A former Olympic showjumping coach allegedly raped and sexually abused a teenage girl over a seven-year period and told her 'you know you want this', a court has heard.

John Sillett, 55, from Wokingham, Berkshire, faces five counts of rape, five of assault by penetration and two of sexual assault. He denies all the charges against him.

Sillett is accused of raping and sexually assaulting a girl over a seven-year period, beginning when she was just 12 or 13 years old, Winchester Crown Court heard.
