Podium finish for Kate Hinschen at Takapoto, New Zealand

Australian riders have had a great first week at the Takapoto Estate Showjumping in New Zealand. Yesterday, Amber Fuller and CP Aretino were runners up in the 2nd Qualifier of the Gold Tour and today, Kate Hinschen and Finch Farm Cadel delivered the goods to come second in the Gold Tour Final, with Amelia Douglass and Sirius Du Granit finishing in sixth spot.

Ten combinations came back for the second round of the Gold Tour Final over the Gerrit Beker-designed course, amongst them Aussies Kate Hinschen and Amelia Douglass.
