Redzel legal fight shifts gears to $1 million Supreme Court case

The explosive court case involving the alleged sale of The Everest trophy without permission from champion horse Redzel's owners is set to take another twist, with a group of plaintiffs now seeking compensation for more than $1 million in prizemoney.

The Sun-Herald has been told by sources familiar with the situation the case will now be escalated to the NSW Supreme Court and encompass winnings from the world's richest turf race.
