RV suspends Victorian racing

Wednesday's meeting at Sandown has been abandoned and racing in Victoria temporarily suspended until at least Friday as a participant is tested for COVID-19, while Wednesday's meeting at Warwick Farm was also called off.

The meeting at Warwick Farm was also abandoned with the news the participant had also attended a meeting in New South Wales.

Western Australia also moved to abandon its races at Ascot and Thursday's meeting at Pinjarra Park as it investigates if the participant has a link to the state.
