Salisburys to claim Sapphire fourth

In a heartwarming twist, not all of the unpaid prizemoney from the three-horse Blue Sapphire Stakes will fall by the wayside.

Racing Victoria confirmed on Wednesday that it would donate the $18,000 prizemoney designated for the fourth placegetter to Anita and Nikki Salisbury, the widow and daughter of the late Graham Salisbury.
