Young South Australian sheep farmer and vaulter Jamie Hocking competes in Offenburg, Germany

Young South Australian sheep farmer and vaulter Jamie Hocking has captured plenty of attention in international Equestrian circles of late with his personal best effort at an FEI World Cup™ Vaulting event in Paris late last year.
He will be competing in another leg of the FEI World Cup™ this weekend in Offenburg, Germany.
He was recently named on the Equestrian Australia Vaulting Long List for the 2018 Tryon FEI World Equestrian Games™ in September and is now well on the journey towards realising his sporting dream.
According to some of the most accomplished vaulters in the world, he has the potential to go right to the top.
Jamie is now based in Denmark for his training and preparation and we caught up with him during his recent trip home to Australia to discuss his fascinating life that rides not only off the back of a horse but also a small flock of sheep.
