‘Mouse’ is a 4yo mare who was only started under saddle in January and has taken everything in her stride! She has an awesome temperament, beautiful soft mouth, lovely movement and flexion, natural stop, backs up, is responding to leg and seat cues and starting basic rollbacks. Has been a pleasure to break and start and will be an absolute ripper of a mare with further training and general riding.

Has been ridden out alone and in groups and exposed to a variety of different environments including regular bush and trail rides, arena work, pony club and campdraft grounds, roadside and general out and about. She has been ridden under lights and introduced to cattle for the first time recently and showed a definite interest.

Solid type, good to tie/catch/shoe/load/float, leads off buggy, pat all over, pick up legs, doesn’t bat an eyelid. If you are looking for temperament and trainability, this mare fits the bill.

AQHA registration process will be completed by current owner - price slightly negotiable if registration not required. With her great mix of old style working and cowhorse bloodlines and with continued training, I feel she would be a great fit for disciplines such as campdrafting, rodeo, cowhorse and ranchhorse events, breakaway roping, team penning etc.

Although she is quiet and level headed, she is also green broke so needs a capable rider who can further her training and realise her potential. Only selling as I have too many young horses and not enough time for them all.
