They backed up that improved performance with victory in the Australian Sports Commission Grand Prix Special today with 63.20%.

They backed up that improved performance with victory in the Australian Sports Commission Grand Prix Special today with 63.20%.
Jenny Gehrke from Queensland had a convincing win in the EA Australia Prix St Georges Challenge with Joanne Cotton's Gullit mare, 'Gitane'. They won with 68.63% almost 2% ahead of their nearest rivals.

Well known NSW breeder, rider and judge, Jane Bruce  rode her own and husband Maurice's home bred, 'Neversfelde Weltsong', by Weltmeyer out of the super mare, Neversfelde Kudu. Jane and Weltsong were ninth in the Advanced 5C,63.07% and eighth in the 5B, 63.90%.

National Medium Champions, Kate Taylor-Wheat and her super, World Magic gelding, 'World Star' had to be content with the runner up award in the Advanced Championship. It was none the less an impressive performance for second place in both the 5B and 5C with 71.30% and 67.28%.

National Elementary Champions, Matthew Dowsley and his Sandro Hit stallion, 'San Jose' (at a rough count, that's three Sandro Hit stallions at the Nationals) cruised away with the Wagners Saddlery Australian Novice Championship today. They earned and impressive 76.04% in the 2C and an almost as impressive 75.23% in the 2D.
