Jono Berry rode Kerri Winning's imported Quick Star stallion, 'Quincy Z' that looked amazing for most of the Adelaide World Cup course. A little loss of concentration mid way resulted in eight penalties in the first round, but they both finished well and jumped a good four penalty second round.

South Australian show jumping legend, Jeff Evans is celebrating his 50th Adelaide Royal. Jeff won the Group 1 class yesterday and jumped a good eight penalty World Cup round aboard his super, 'Bradley'.

Julia Hargreaves and  'Haymen Pierville' (aka Copabella Haymen)  jumped a super first round clear and looked to have repeated the performance in the second round when the last vertical hit the turf. They took fifth place in the Adelaide World Cup Qualifier with a two round total of five in quite a fast time.

"Jetset, Sunset". Wendy Schaeffer flew in this morning from the Sydney Three Day Event to ride her sensational mare, 'Koyuna Sunset'. A busy schedule maybe, but it has not affected Wendy's performance. She jumped a double clear to take second place in the Adelaide World Cup Qualifier by less than a second.

The imported Clinton stallion ridden by Chris Chugg jumped clear and eight, to be out of the money in the Adelaide World Cup Qualifier, but we are sure to see much more of this impressive horse in the future. Chris' World Cup ride, 'Vivant', winner of the last two qualifiers, jumped four and clear to take sixth place.

Successful young Victorian rider, Demi Morrison had a good day at the office riding her own and Barb Begley's showing legend, 'Lemrac's Dancing Poet'. They took sixth place in the Intermediate Turnout class and the class for Open Hack 15.2-16hh.

Michelle Lang-McMahon certainly had that "look at me" quality today as did the Animo stallion, 'Animate'. Michelle made the trip from Queensland just for the World Cup Qualifier. They also earned half a Certificate of Capability, a qualification necessary for 2010 World Championship selection. Today marks quite a leap forward in their international ambitions.

The McEvoy girls from Strathmore in Victoria have pulled off an impressive double. Earlier in the show Lily McEvoy claimed the Under 14 Junior Rider Championship and today Rose McEvoy (pictured) rode beautifully to take out the Junior Rider 14 and Under 18 Years Championship.
