The five-year-old Wedonna is by Weltmeyer out of the Grand Prix mare, Donna Carrera, also competing at these Championships. Wedonna was second in the 3.3  with 65.11% and third in the 3.4 with 65.33% to be declared 2006 Australian Elementary Champion.
