We have seen Pony Judge, Trinette Crawford look happier. Yesterday for instance. Trinette however, did not conceeded style just because it was raining. We were hovever concerned that the heels of the very smart boots might anchor her to the turf for some time.

All the ponies worked well in the difficult conditions this morning. Ears back and eyes half shut from the rain, they were in no mood to do more than they had to. Phoebe Schmidt's Open Pony 11-11.2hh winner, 'Dalpura Pearl' demonstrated the attitude to the unfortunate weather.

Claire Poolman's hat has attracted a lot of attention for some time. The unique hat band is made up of sheep and cattle tags, for a colourful affect. Claire from McLaren Vale is also known as 'Devil Woman' for her exploits with her ute. She can be seen in action at the Ute Muster next Saturdauy at the show.
