It is good to see that as Maree Tomkinson has advanced to the giddy heights of FEI dressage, she has not lost her hack ring presentation. Beautifully presented, Maree rode her eye-catching Rotspon stallion, 'Rodrigo III' to earn 64.21% in the Needs For Seeds Intermediate 1. Yesterday they took second place in the Gow Gates International Prix St Georges with 68%.

Just a week back from Las Vegas Heath Ryan rode Susan Duddy's mare 'DP Wedonna' by Weltmeyer out of the well known Donnerhall mare, Donna Carrera, that has just been sold to Sweden. Heath and Wedonna earned 67.22% to win  the IRT Advanced 5.4.

Unfortunatly for Warwick McLean, the beautiful seven year old imported Sandro Hit stallion, 'Allesandro' spotted ghosts behind the hedge at the C end of the arena and was cautious about heading down that end and keen to get away from it during the IRT Advanced 5.3. It was just one of those days that  just must be put down to "experience".
