Wendy Schaeffer and her athletic 'Koyuna Sun Magic' by Koyuna Magestic Supreme, quickly moved through the field and were the only combination to leave all the showjumps intact. They finished with exactly the same score as Shane Rose and 'All Luck', 51.2. As Wendy and 'Sun Magic' had the closest to optimum time on the cross country, as is the ruling, they won the Holden CCI*** competition and the Robert Slade Memorial Trophy.
