After heavy rain over night, the day cleared to light showers, but the footing was not ideal on the main Wandin course, with many riders deciding to withdraw. However, Rebecca Rundle and Brylee Park Ivor did a good job in difficult conditions to take fifth place in the Pryde's Junior Pre-Novice.
