Courtney Norbury, daughter of well-respected professional trainer, David Norbury, has a lot to live up to. Courtney has clearly inherited plenty of talent. She rode A Bos's 'Rosie's Cool Image' to win the Youth 13 Years and Under Western Pleasure, was second in the All Age Youth and fourth in the All Age Western Riding.

Leanne Randle rode 'Saxonvale Out For The Count' to take fourth place in the Youth Under 13 Western Pleasure class.

Liz Keating rode her typey, 'Concrete Blonde' to win the Junior (Horse) Amateur class.

Pam Timms with her 'Charary Bedazzled' working nicely during the Junior Horse Amateur class.

Mark McDougall and his 'YSL Farenheit' make a stylish combination during the Junior Horse Amateur class.

Jodie Ward rode her 'Chip's Blue Stock' to sixth place in the Senior horse Western Pleasure class.

Rick Platenkamp had a successful day, which included winning the Feature Amature Western Horsmanship class, riding his 'Triandibo Flamin Lynx'.

Tania Soper rode her 'Flashy Zipper' to take third place in the Senior Horse Western Pleasure class.

Kimberley Harris rode her 'Winderadeen Sizzlin' to take fourth place in the Youth 14 Years and Over Western Pleasure class.

Stephanie McDonald rode her mother Sally's 'Pawsitively Blazing' to win the Senior Horse Western Pleasure and take second place in the Youth Western Pleasure.

Carly Ganzer rode Jo Goldsmith's 'Triandibo Roc'N'Lynx' to make the final go round of the strong Youth Western Pleasure class.

Jessie Freeman and her cleverly named 'CL Cuff Lynx' made the final go round of the Youth Western Pleasure.

Rachel Vanderstaay rode her 'Bite Me' to win the Senior Amateur Western Pleasure class.

Beth McGrady rode her 'Oh So Inevitable' to take second place in the Select Amateur Western Pleasure class.

Portia Bertram and her 'Makit By Ten' produced the winning performance in the Select Amateur Western Pleasure class.

Phillip and Lynette Steers' 'Dad's Rosie Lou' ((Rads Me Dad/Bar K Validos Gold) produced the winning performance to win the Two Year Old Western Pleasure. Trained and ridden by Raelene Gilboy from Campbells Creek, the typey dun filly looks to have a bright future.

Maddy Kay rode T and J Coen's 'Erin Silver Oak' to win the Youth 14 Years and Over Western Horsemanship class. It was a tough class, with the judge, asking the riders to jog on and lope without stirrups.

Rachel Elliott and a well named 'Mr Nice Guy'. The willing chestnut was second in the All Age Western Riding, a good effort as Rachel is just 16, and third in the Youth Horsemanship class. 'Mr Nice Guy' also helped Carole Elliot to win the Amateur Western Riding class.

Melissa McLeod rode Danyelle Jacobson's 'A Time to Remember' to sixth place in the Youth Western Horsemanship class.

Judge, Elise Blake from Texas made a point of explaining her judging decisions as well as giving some helpful advice to the Youth and Amateur competitors.
