Description
Introducing Hermes.
Named for strength and beauty, Hermes has both.
At 6 months old, Hermes stands at over 13hh. He is expected to mature 16.2hh. From his strong and exceptionally beautiful dam, daughter of dressage champion Westewind and includes Krack C and Valuta bloodlines, and Glacial Gold (USA) first thoroughbred palomino.
Hermes is comfortable in a halter, rug, float and leads well. Has his feet done every 8 weeks. Hermes is very trusting due to being handled from a young age. He greets at the gate, is up for pats and scratches and is an all round gentle boy.
Hermes has strong confirmation and was assessed last week by our vet for his development - which is spot on. Our original thoughts were that his coat would be palomino, like his sister, but as he ages it is becoming a stand out light gold (similar to Akhal-Teke breed colouring). His leg strength attests to his future in showjumping or dressage.
Hermes will be sold now or in next 6 months (gelded). Weaning has commenced and will be completed this week.
Hermes must go to a home with owners who will be committed to his future. He is a very good boy and will not disappoint.
