What was planned to be a weekend choc-full of wonderful jumping action only saw finals on Saturday. Unfortunately after a brilliant day of finals action on Saturday, the rain came in overnight and stayed around for most of Sunday, which unfortunately drenched SIEC. The decision was made early to cancel the Day 6 Jumping program and after consultations took place, it was decided to award titles that would have been competed for on the last day, based on the leaderboards after two rounds. Let’s look at how the action on Saturday unfolded.
Action on the main arena kicked off with the final round of the Yandoo Equestrian Services Ruby Series. The top 21 combinations after the first two rounds of competition earlier in the show lined up for the final round, which saw the competitors tackle a very challenging course.
