Young Rider Tegan Lush from Western Australia came home clear and under time riding 'Tempus Fugit' to stay on her dressage score of 55.60 and move up from 11th to sixth place in the CCI Two Star competition after Qantas cross country day.

Victorian Young Rider Tarryn Proctor jumped a super clear round aboard her 'Newsman' and moved from 39th to 21st place in the Adelaide CCI Two Star competition.

Successful eventing rider, Claudia Graham added 3.6 cross country time penalties riding her Nothin' Leica Dane gelding, 'Park Street Vision' to slip from second to third place in the Adelaide CCI Two Star competition after Qantas cross country day with total penalties so far of 53.30.

Cassandra Webb from NSW jumped a good round riding her 'Beckli' in the Adelaide CCI Two Star competition to just add 1.2 time penalties and move from 21st to 13th place.

Successful eventing rider and trainer and Atlanta Olympian, Rebel Morrow from Queensland rode her own and Susan Mc Cleghanan's Nediym gelding 'Hillgrove Enviable' to add 1.2 time penalties and take 19th place in the Adelaide CCI Two Star.

Jade Findlay from NSW makes a beautiful jump riding her talented, 'Frontier Psychiatrist' on course in the Adelaide CCI Two Star competition. They added 4.4 time penalties and are in 12th place going in to the final stadium jumping phase tomorrow.

Victorian Young Rider, Andrew Cooper jumped clear jumping and on time in the Adelaide CCI Two Star to head in to the final jumping phase in 23rd place.

New South Wales Young Rider, Bella Mowbray is pictured riding her 'Starvision' on the Adelaide CCI Two Star cross country course.

There was a strong contingent of Young Riders contesting the CCI Two Star competition, Young South Australian rider, Cooper Oborn, was second with his 'Splurge' after the dressage phase yesterday, but the addition of 8 cross country time penalties saw him slip to eighth place.

Successful and popular South Australian competitor, Luke Jones was fourth yesterday in the dressage phase riding his 'Charlatan', an eight year old gelding by Danzig Connection. A penalty free round today saw them in first place after Qantas cross country day on 50 penalties.

Young Rider, Makayla Wood had a great day with her 'Just Corona' that jumped clear over the Adelaide CCI Two Star cross country course, and mover from 13th place to seventh on 56.90 penalties.

Anthony Hartley from Western Australia is pictured riding his, 'Due Heed' on the Adelaide CCI Two Star cross country course. A misunderstanding resulted in the addition of 20 jumping penalties which saw them slip down the line.

Experienced eventer, Christine Bates jumped clear with her Stirling Sprite gelding, 'Adelaide Hill' to move from eighth to fourth place in the Adelaide CCI Two Star competition with 55.00 penalties.

Western Australian Young Rider, Emily Gray did a good job with her 'Deltry Invader' on the Adelaide CCI Two Star cross country course for the addition of just 4.8 penalties. They moved from 31st to 22nd place.

New South Wales rider and coach, Sandy Lucas had a good day on the CCI Two Star cross country course riding Meredith and Peter Tillett's 'Ever So Clever' that lived up to his name for a clear round and fifth place.

South Australian Young Rider, Joseph Waldron is pictured with his 'Springvale All Black' during the Adelaide CCI Two Star cross country. They added just 5.5 time penalties to an otherwise perfect trip.

Wendy Schaeffer demonstrated her considerable talent again today by adding just 0.4 of a cross country time penalty riding , 'Koyuna Sun Dancer'. On the strength of the good round they have moved up to third place, just over one fence behind the leader, in the Equestrian Australia CCI Four Star competition. Always strong when the jumping starts, Wendy will be pressing for her second Adelaide victory tomorrow. Wendy also holds sixth place with 'Koyuna Sun Shine' that added four time penalties.

Will Enzinger had a misunderstanding at the bullfinch drop in to water at the Rymill Lake during the CCI Four Star cross country riding Emily Anker and Vanessa Hawkins' 'ESB Irish Endeavour'. After the cross country they are in 14th place heading in to the Atco Group Showjumping phase tomorrow.

New Zealand rider John Twomey's 'Flaunt It' clearly likes his jumping better than his dressage. They produced a clear, but slow (26.6 time penalties) round on the CCI Four Star cross country course to end the day in 13th place.

Phillipa Dunstan and her 'Blythe Spirit' make a super jump over the first of the troublesome Atco Arena Brushes on the CCI Four Star cross country course.

Adam Benson moved himself and 'Enthusiast' up in to the placings with the addition 10.4 time penalties over the testing CCI Four Star course. They are in 10th place heading in to the showjumping phase tomorrow.

Christopher Burton had a good day at the office today. He is pictured with 2008 Adelaide winner, his own and Lou Verwey's 'Newsprint' that jumped a super round for nothing to add. They have moved up to fourth place with 57.70 to put pressure on the leaders in the final jumping phase tomorrow. Christopher also holds second place in the CCI Two Star competition with Alan Skinner's Haruzac.

Emma Mason produced a super round today with her own and Melody O'Toole's typey, 'FI Pharinelli'. With nothing to add they hold the lead on 52.80 going in to the pressure cooker final phase tomorrow.

Stuart Tinney made the difficult look easy, in fact most of the Four Star combinations did. Stuart is pictured with Sarah Ingham's Graf Landau gelding, 'Watermark Grayson' climbing the Adelaide Tram Line Steps at 22. The new fence caused much talk, but little trouble. Stuart jumped clear and is lest than a fence behind the leader on 56.70.

Heath Ryan, pictured over the Qantas fence on Qantas cross country day jumped clear ridng his dressage leader, 'Mystery Whisper'. However, the addition of 19 time penalties saw him slip to fifth place heading in to the final phase. But the competition is far from over.

Well known eventing rider and trasiner and Thoroughbred pre trainer, Tim Boland added four time penalties riding the Waratah Equestrian's 'Mercator du Ry' by Brett St Clair to hold third place going in to the final Bates CIC Two Star jumping phase tomorrow on 54.30.

Well known and successful Victorian eventer, Yona Lloyd jumped clear and just added eight time penalties across country in the Bates CIC Two star riding his Wirragulla Hamlet gelding, 'Ballahowe Serengetti'. They are in eighth place going in to the final phase tomorrow on 65.50.

Dominic Jones jumped a good round for just the addition of 1.2 cross country time penalties riding, Hannah Korhonen-Bannister's 'Paint The Sky'. The effort moved them from tenth to fourth place in the Bates CIC Two Star .

South Australia rider, Jade Kluske made a colourful picture on the Bates CIC Two Star cross country riding her own and Kerry Glass' Paint gelding, 'Lakota'.

Fional Guthrie rode Duncan Shaw's Rustic Amber gelding, "Crockadoo' of the addition of cross country time penalties only and are in 12th place heading in to the final jumping phase of the Bates CIC Two Star.
