Dean Holden rode his 'Spinning Garter' (Docs Spinnefex/Blue Garter) to win the second of the $10,000 Novice Cutting Horse classed with 148 points.

Darren Mullan rode his 'Freckles Bonita' (Freckles Gunbar/Yulgilbar Quick Chick) to take equal second place in the second Novice $10,000 Cutting Horse class with 146 1/2 points.

Rob Hoggman rode Deborah Thompson's 'CD's Starlight' (Bankfulo Cdees imp USA/Sweet Like Sugga) to take equal second place in the second $10,000 Novice Cutting Horse class.

Stuart Tinney rode his own and wife Karen's mare 'Panamera' (Staccato/Tuesday) to take second place in the Event Horse Challenge.

Sarah Ingham rode Dr J Bester's 'Dune Warrior' (Desert King/Sugar Collection) in the Event Horse Challenge.

Athens Olympic Eventing Team member, Rebel Morrow, rode her five-year-old gelding, 'Animal Co' to take third place in the Event Horse Challenge.

The Prestige Pastoral Co. 's 'Perfecta' (Tassa Lena/Oaks Perfection) ridden by John Keats won the Horsen Memorian Trophy, donated by the Myer Family for the Overall Winner of the Open Non Pro Competition. Perfecta also won this award in 2006.

Graham Lamey rode Hamish Lee-Warner's 2006 NCHA Cutting HOTY, 'Playboy Hefner' (Playboy Roy/Clover Fancy Rock) in the Open Cutting Horse class.

Dianne Bennett's 'Turpentine Acres' ridden by Scott Campbell won the Open Cutting Horse class yesterday and was second today with 146 1/2 points.

Wendy Trimble from Tooradin in Victoria on the run with her Champion Section B Welsh Mare/Filly, 'Tooravale Cameo' (Weston Manhattan/Weston Park Cassandra).

Tim Amitrano with his Champion Part 1 Horse, 'Mr Innocent' in the World Cup Qualifier. They jumped four and four and were the fastest of the other eight faulters in the second round to take fourth place.

Paul Athanasoff and 'Wirragulla Nicklaus' were back in good form they showed while in New Zealand and jumped two great rounds, with just one time penalty (first round) keeping them from a perfect score. It was however good enough to take out the first World Cup Qualifier of the 2007/2008 season.

With one of just two clear rounds, (the other from Peter McMahon and 'KS Genoa') it looked as if Rod Brown and 'Mr Burns' were going to claim back to back World Cup classes. However, an uncharacteristic eight fault second round saw them finish in fifth plce.

Melissa Mc Veagh made it back to back Champion Welsh Mount Pony Stallion/Colt and Supreme Champion Welsh Mount Pony with her own and Stenbury Park Stud's 'Angel Park Merlin' (Osory Destiny/Rhyl Telstar). They went on to another 2006/2007 double by taking out the Nattai Trophy for Supreme Welsh Exhibit.

Rod Ward at the reins, and his passengers took out the class for Authentic Period Turnout.

Elsa Avery from Marcus Hill in Victoria drove her 'Just Brenin' to claim the Supreme Non Hackney Championship today.
