Blayney plays host to one of Australia's biggest ranch sorting events

On Saturday morning the contestants at Blayney Shire Horsesports inaugural ranch sorting competition were calling around for extra jumpers as an overnight cold change swept through the state.

Inside the equestrian centre though the action was hot and almost continuous, as team after team were toyed with by cattle that were bent on disappointing and frustrating the riders.
