Germany’s Frederic Wandres Qualifies Dolciario for Summit Farm Future Challenge Final at Global Dressage Festival, Australia’s Kelly Layne & Fernando Qualify for Lövsta Final

WELLINGTON, Florida, Jan. 30, 2022–German team rider Frederic Wandres rode Dolciario to victory Sunday in the Summit Farm Future Challenge Prix St. Georges for horses aged seven to nine years.

Frederic and Dolciario, eight-year-old Hanoverian gelding (Danciano x Don Frederico) scored 72.156% for the win that qualifies the pair for the circuit-ending final. Dolciario is owned by Hof Kasselmann of Hagen, Germany for whom Frederic rides.

Bianca Berktold of Loxahatchee, a neighboring community to Wellington, placed second on Imperial on a score of 72.009%. Imperial is an eight-year-old KWPN mare Charmeur x Vivaldi) and earned an invitation to the final at the end of March.
