Great Britain’s Charlotte Fry on Glamourdale Posts Career High Grand Prix Special Score, First 80% to Dominate Opglabbeek CDI4*

OPGLABBEEK, Belgium, April 2, 2022–Great Britain’s Charlotte Fry on Glamourdale posted a career high Grand Prix Special score and the first above 80% for victory in the Stentower Dressage Festival CDI4* a day after a Grand Prix personal best.

The result for Charlotte and the 11-year-old KWPN stallion of 80.979% beat their previous best of 77.170% set 11 months ago. The duo scored 77.696% in the Grand Prix Friday to beat their previous best of 76.761%.

The rider, now 26 years old, competed Everdale on Britain ‘s bronze medal team at the Tokyo Olympics. The Opglabbeek score beat the rider’s best on Everdale, Dark Legend and Chippendale that Charlotte also competes at top sport.

Charlotte won the world seven-year-old championship with Glamourdale in 2018.
