Investigation opened over 'shocking' image

Leading Irish jumps trainer Gordon Elliott is cooperating with racing officials after an investigation was opened into a purported image of him being circulated on social media websites over the weekend.

The image depicts Elliott, a trainer of three Grand National winners including dual winner and current title holder Tiger Roll, sitting on a deceased horse at trackwork with many social media users believing the picture appears fake.
