- My County saddle. It’s lucky I don’t take it home and use instead of our armchair.

- Lucky undies. Let’s face it. This is the true secret to any professional success.

- Bubbles. Best way to celebrate that success or drown those sorrows!

- Berocca. I was going to say this is because I’m a healthy athlete but maybe this is a must due to my previous answer.

- Headphones. For someone who can possibly talk underwater, I love my quiet time.

- Pen

- Journal

- Videos of the test I’m competing. The greatest key to my success in the arena is to have a plan of how I’m going to ride each movement. Step one is videoing the test at home, step two is to write a comment on how I could make that better. Step three is to work out what I need to execute in the warm-up to help my plan come off. This is all written down before my test so I can reflect and document what I did, how it went and how to make it better.

- Must have respect for our furry friends, they are just the most generous big-hearted animals. Give them the love and respect they deserve.
