Laming: Staff error to blame

Trainer Richard Laming said he had little hands-on involvement in his stable's vitamin supplementation regime, which is at the centre of his cobalt hearing that began on Monday.

On the opening day of the hearing into a cobalt positive taken from Iam Ekstraordinary at Ballarat in May 2018, Laming told the three-member panel of the Victorian Racing Tribunal that he delegated the tasks of vitamin injections after formulating a supplementation regime with noted vet Dr Tim Roberts.
