Online equestrian events amid COVID-19 shutdown provide outlet for riders and horses

The Wingham Showjumping Club, based on the New South Wales Mid North Coast, has launched an online competition.

Riders can enter three categories: jumping equitation to a set routine, best presented horse and rider and pole work exercises design, which they can either draw or film.

Club secretary and treasurer Georgina Saunders said it was about giving riders something to work toward with their horses.
