RASV seek expressions of interest for an exciting new Youth Advisory Group

The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) is excited to announce plans to form a Youth Advisory Group to support and nurture the next generation of agricultural leaders.

The purpose of the Youth Advisory Group is to promote and celebrate Victorian agriculture, including but not limited to agricultural shows, agribusiness and agri-tech to ensure its sustainability and progression well into the future.

The RASV is focussed on providing pathways for young people in leadership, planning, event management and project management, to provide valuable skills that can be applied throughout their careers.

The opportunity to join the Youth Advisory Group is available for up to 10 people aged between 18 and 35 and expressions of interest are now open. Applications are being sought from a diverse range of agricultural sectors and applicants will be contacted in mid-March 2021.

For further information on the Youth Advisory Group, please contact Ashley Lamers, Competitions Manager via email youthdevelopment@rasv.com.au
