Germany

Montevideo, Australian Simone Pearce's winning small tour horse, has been sold to Japanese investor and Grand Prix rider Masahiro Kosaka as an Olympic hopeful for Yuko Kitai.

Montevideo is an 8-year old Oldenburg gelding by Millennium out of Sissi (by Sancisco OLD). He is bred by ZG Wurzer and was owned by Sabine Rüben.

The elegant horse was first competed as a 4-year old by Elsa Maulet in 2016. In 2017 he moved to L-level. In 2018 Julia Spronck climbed aboard and showed him at M-level at local shows in north Germany.
