What is your signature dish? Hmmm probably a Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic with cucumber and mint - that’s kind of a salad dish right!?

What was the last show you watched on TV? Ray Donovan - I just love Ray, even though he is all kinds of wrong. I think it would be quite useful to have a “fixer” in your life but he would probably get bored with my mundane issues.

How did your report card read from your schooling years? I got good grades but the comments were usually along the lines of “has potential but needs a stronger attendance record”. There were just too many show runs to go on instead.

What car do you drive? Volkswagon Toureg, a fantastic towing vehicle and a little bit lux ;)

What is the best gift you have ever been given? Well he wasn’t exactly a gift in the true sense of the word but my beautiful Koschel (Wallmeyer) coming into my life was a gift that set me on an amazing pathway from show horse to dressage.

What is your biggest indulgence? Probably Koschel but all my own horses are my indulgence!

What should every horse person do once in their lifetime? Without fail - go to Aachen. The CHIO show is amazing but I have been lucky to also do the WEG and Euro Champs at Aachen, just phenomenal.

What brings you the most satisfaction? I’m never satisfied for very long but mostly it’s small things like riding a good short side, when my car and float is freshly washed, hip stretches, snuggling on the lounge with my dog Cuba, Bradley Cooper movies oh and definitely chocolate, chocolate is very satisfying.

What is left on your bucket list? Oh sooo much still... the World Young Horse Champs, the Olympia show and London, a concert at Wembley Stadium (Coldplay would be awesome), visit Spain, stay at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi. Lots of travel yet to do.

What charity would you support if you won a million dollars? Definitely one that supports the preservation of endangered animals, particularly against human hunters.

Sponsors: I have some really wonderful sponsors - Ceva Nature Vet who have supported me for 18 years. Samshield Australia, best helmets. Devoucoux Australia, their Harmonie is the best saddle I’ve ever ridden in. Castlereagh Feeds, my boys love their Pro-Show pellets and Shine More grain mix. Wyong Creek Produce supply all my produce and are dedicated to high quality at the best value. Stable 8 Equine Design who have also supported me for over 18 years with their beautiful custom made rugs.
