Jockey sues Mick Price Racing, MRC after career-ending fall

Mick Price Racing and the Melbourne Racing Club are facing a $400,000 compensation claim after jockey Talia Rodder was left with career-ending facial injuries in a track riding fall at Caulfield in January 2015.

WorkSafe has filed a writ in the Supreme Court of Melbourne on behalf of Rodder, accusing Mick Price Racing and the MRC of negligence and breach of statutory duty.
