The seemingly unstoppable Poppi Plumb rode the Champion large Pony, 'Miranda Alabaster' to win the class for Pony Turnout 12.2-14hh. Even at ten or eleven years of age, these girls are dreaming of competing in the famous Garryowen Turnout class for Lady Riders 18 and Over. Poppi had a busy morning and went on to win the class for Smartest On Parade for Riders Under 12 Years. And wait, there's more. This afternoon, Poppi was declared Reserve Champion Junior Rider.

She is pictured aboard her seven year old, 'Boonerah Rolex' (Acres Destiny/Boonerah Swatch) on her way to fifth place in the ASHLA class. However, when the going got serious, so did Jane. She took second place in the Working Stallion/Gelding class and went on to claim the Working Australian Stock Horse Reserve Championship.
