This is an interesting picture as on this occasion Terry Cowan leads Vince Corvi out of the arena. Terry drove his own and Vince's 'Ashwood Celeste to claim the TJ Dwyer Memorial Perpetual Trophy for Champion Hackney Pony, whilst Vince had to be content on this occasion with the Reserve Championship driving his own and Robert and Edwina Duddy's, 'Ashwood Black Magic'.

Fosters Australia again claimed the Multiple Horse Business Turnout Championship, in fact for the sixth time, this year with 'Ferndales Come Back Jack', 'Rosbercon Casanova', 'Valmont Avanti' and 'Ferndales Viscount'. Richard Geldard at his 22nd Sydney Royal is at the reins with Ray Mitchell grooming.
